Questions Folks Ask Us

What does a handyman service actually cover?

Just about every small and medium job a home collects — drywall patches, sticking doors, deck boards, fence posts, faucets, fans, fixtures, painting, caulking, and assembly. If it's on your list, ask; if it needs a licensed specialist like a plumber or electrician for major work, we'll tell you plainly.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes ma'am, always. Describe the work over the phone or send photos and we'll give you a clear quote, and for bigger projects we'll come walk it with you in person. The price we agree on is the price you pay unless we find something and discuss it first.

Are you local to Lebanon?

We are — based right here in Lebanon, serving Wilson County and its neighbors within about fifteen miles. We shop the same hardware aisles, sit in the same Highway 109 traffic, and see the same folks at the Wilson County Fair every August.

Can I bundle several small jobs into one visit?

We encourage it wholeheartedly — it's the most economical way to hire a handyman. Keep a running list on the refrigerator, and when it's got three or four items, call us and we'll work through the whole thing in one friendly, efficient visit.

Do you work on older homes?

With genuine pleasure. Lebanon's historic homes near the square and Watertown's century houses have plaster walls, settled frames, and original trim that ask for patience and the right techniques, and that's exactly the kind of careful work we enjoy.

How soon can you schedule my job?

Most jobs land on the calendar within a few days to a week, depending on the season — spring storms and the weeks before the holidays fill up fastest. For small urgent matters like a door that won't secure, we do our honest best to come sooner.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry liability insurance and we're glad to provide proof before work begins. We believe you should never have to take chances on who you let through the front door, and we conduct ourselves accordingly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We keep it easy — card, check, cash, and common payment apps are all welcome, with payment due when the work is finished and you've looked it over. For larger projects we'll explain any deposit up front, in writing, before anything starts.

Got a list stuck to the refrigerator?

Give us a call or send a photo of the job — we'll talk it through and quote it straight.
